As you research couples counselor, it’s important you view he or she from a smart, professional distance as well. If there isn’t a natural fit, then look at elsewhere. Sure, there is a time investment as you research counselors, but in the long run, a solid connection between you, your partner and your counselor is ultimately worth it.
