Personal Therapy and Powerful Insights

Personal Therapy is a powerful tool that can help an individual harness their own thoughts and feelings in an environment of honesty and self understanding. By learning to be honest with yourself you can ultimately lead a more fulfilling life with a support system around you based on your true self and the relationships and friendships that have been built upon it.

I spent years turning away from one great relationship after another, always afraid of commitment no matter how much I loved the woman I was with. Personal therapy helped me really evaluate my feelings and thoughts to reach the root problem. It wasn’t that I was afraid of committing to a woman, but that I didn’t want to commit to having children. Because I had never admitted that, even to myself, I was repeatedly running away from relationships as my partners and I moved towards talking about long term plans. After therapy, I found a wonderful woman who didn’t want to have children, either. We have been married, very happily, for 6 years.

Dale was in need of some serious truth and fact finding when he came to enter personal therapy. He was confused because of his pattern of running away from commitment even though he felt happily committed to the women he was with. By searching out the truth in himself and accepting it, he was better able to share that truth with others and find a happy, committed relationship based on his real wants, needs and desires.
